Is there a free plan?
Yes — 30 minutes of video a month, videos up to 3 minutes, with the whole editor. No card needed; sign in with Google.
What happens to my videos?
They are processed on our own server to make your captions, and deleted after 24 hours. We do not sell them, train on them or show them to anyone. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
How are minutes counted?
Once per video, by its length, when it is first transcribed. Editing, re-syncing and exporting use none. Minutes start again on the first of each month.
Does it work on my phone?
It opens on a phone, but the editor is made for a laptop or desktop screen, in Chrome, Edge or Safari.
Can I fix a wrong word?
Every word is editable, and its timing too. Split, merge and move captions on the timeline; undo anything.
