Refunds & Cancellation
How paid plans end, and when you get your money back.
Plans are monthly
Paid plans are bought a month at a time. The minutes they give start again on the first of each calendar month and do not carry over.

Exports your browser makes itself are unlimited. When your browser cannot make one, our server does, up to the number above for each video.
Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you like. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan. Nothing you made is deleted by cancelling.
Refunds
- If the service did not work for you — a video that would not transcribe or export and that we could not fix — write within 7 days of the payment and we refund that month in full.
- If you were charged by mistake — twice, or after cancelling — we refund the extra payment in full.
- Otherwise, a month that has started is not refunded, because its minutes are available from the moment it begins.
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, usually within 5–7 working days of our approving them, depending on your bank.

Write to the Help button inside the app with the email you sign in with and the date of the payment.
